Our cats usually get separation anxiety and pull their fur out, but we didn't see any of that this time. Dan sent updates and photos of them whenever we wanted and they all looked very cosy and cuddly. I highly recommend overnight stays as we knew the cats had someone to seek out for reassurance, and as a bonus the house was occupied for safety.

Dan also left a helpful note detailing everything he'd done, including a couple of tasks that has slipped my mind in the bag-packing panic like taking the bins out, drying laundry, etc.

We hadn't had the frogs long and I was still figuring out how to best care for them, but Dan's specialism in aquatics really helped as he was so knowledgeable and he noted down everything he did to care for them for me.

He showed lots of patience and love towards my pets, i never leave my dogs on their own and was very apprehensive and nervous to leave them with someone else but I cannot thank him enough for his service.
