PRATLEYS is an independent pet sitting service based in the West Midlands, offering both short and extended stays within customer homes. Operated by an experienced, qualified and fully insured Animal Keeper, our service caters for almost all species. We can ensure your peace of mind whether your pet is fluffy, scaly, or otherwise.

In addition to caring for your pet(s) in your absence, you can rest assured your home is safe. Any basic household duties will also be covered for the duration of the minding period, and the security of your house is bolstered by having somebody there to keep watch.

Drop-in

Drop-in visits are the right choice if your pets are mostly self-sufficient and comfortable being left to their own devices. If all you need is a short visit from us to ensure fresh food and water is provided, areas are cleaned, and interaction/playtime is had then this is the service for you. The minimum drop in time is 1 hour to allow for a high standard of work.

Priced at:

£14 p/h - Standard charge.

£18 p/h - Bank holiday charge.

+£6 per additional pet with additional work required e.g. an additional rabbit hutch to be cleaned. Simple tasks such as an extra cat food bowl needing to be filled will not incur an additional charge.

Please be aware that a 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking, with the remainder being paid just prior to your booking.

Overnights

Overnights are the right choice if you are going away for a few days and would like to be safe in the knowledge your pets and household are being cared for around the clock. These are booked as a 24 hour period from 10am until the following 10am. Everything is taken care of so all you need to do is enjoy reuniting with your pets when you return!

£40 - 12hrs (Short overnight).

£60 - 24hrs (10am-10am).

£60 - Bank holiday 12hrs (Short overnight).

£80 - Bank holiday 24hrs (10am-10am).

An additional charge may be negotiated prior to the booking in the case of many large and complex animals within the household.

Christmas

This option is for booking that fall during the Christmas period. For more information and specifics, please contact us so that we can arrange a special booking package for you, as this service is first come first serve and may not be available.
